When we heal the land, we heal ourselves

The practice of land or earth clearing is not new. It is an ancient practice that has been performed by many cultures around the world. Whilst the method used to clear and heal the land may differ, traditional cultures share the intention to remove negative energy.
 
In a similar way to meridians that are found in the human body, naturally occurring ley lines run through out the earth. Our bodies are sensitive to the subtle energetic effects of these lines whether we consciously feel the energies or not. Often children and animals are most sensitive to the energies and will avoid playing or resting in areas that feel heavy or uncomfortable, whilst being attracted to areas that are uplifting or peaceful. People that are especially sensitive can feel nauseous, anxious, light headed or drained by these energy fields. If you are living on top of these energies it can impact in a number of areas in your life.
 
On top of energy held in the land, the energy from previous residents can remain causing the home or property to feel uncomfortable, odd or unsettling. Often people will conduct house clearings – a practice which I highly recommend. If a house clearing helps for an amount of time but the initial problems resurface, I like to look deeper and investigate the energy being held in the land.
 
During a land healing session I tune into the natural and man made energies such as ley lines (both positive and negative), underground water, geopathic stress zones and electrical energies. Even the removal of significant trees can also affect the biochemistry and energetic balance of the soil. I also look for energies left from previous residents or visitors – all of which can vary in strength and intensity. 
 
I then use a number of techniques to heal and harmonize the lower vibrational energies and enhance the positive to bring back balance to the land. Like attracts like, so when the vibration of the land is high, lower vibrational energies in the home are mismatched. By healing and balancing the land first, the rest of the clearing is less complicated, and likely to last longer.  

Healing and raising the vibration of the earth can flow on to improve the health and happiness of those residing on the land. People often report better sleep, more motivation, clearer thinking and concentration, fewer headaches and an enhanced sense of wellbeing and calmness.
 
A healing can also be beneficial for activities taking place on the land. Land healing often helps will the sale of a property, or with a rental that has a continual turnover of tenants as the energy is more welcoming and balanced. This is also true for businesses, projects or developments taking place on the property. For those more nature focused, a healing can also assist struggling or distorted plant life.
 
An additional benefit of healing your property is the positive impact on neighbouring properties and relationships with your neighbours. Although I will map the placement of crystals along the boundary of your property, their impact will spread further than just your property line.
 
On top of the positive benefits above, land healing is really rewarding and fulfilling for me as well. To help heal the land and raise the vibration of the planet is truly gratifying.
