I grew up amidst the natural beauty of the Adelaide Hills and South East of South Australia. With a passion for environmental preservation, I pursued a degree focused on environmental studies. This led to work in federal government, implementing policies and programs to safeguard the environment.

A turning point came with the birth of my children. I followed my heart’s calling, diving into spiritual learning and holistic growth. I embraced my physical healing, opened my mind, and became heart focused through Reiki, Seichem, and Karuna Masters. I cultivated a deeper connection to myself, the land and the ancient practice of joining with women in circle.
